The library encourages patrons with disabilities to pre-arrange adaptive assistance. Available assistance includes materials retrieval from collections; library orientation or research consultation; instruction in specific equipment operation; referrals to campus and off-campus resources; and other reasonable accommodations.
The library provides access to the following hardware and software, located on the 2nd floor of Library North:

- Premier to Go (ptg)
- Inspiration 8
- Read & Write Gold
- Dragon Naturally Speaking
- SARA (Scanning and Reading Appliance)
- CCTV device
- Braille printer (ask at the Technology Support Desk for printer paper)
